Article 25-A of Pakistan’s Constitution demonstrates the fact that “The state shall provide free and compulsory education to all children in the age of 5 years to 16 years in such a manner as may be determined by law.” Although fewer agencies and institutions are abiding by this law, Pakistan is one such country that has not been providing sufficient opportunities to its population to acquire education from their respective institutions. The research statistics show that almost 32% (23M) of the population of Pakistan is still uneducated, or such children are known as Out School Children (OOSC). This means almost one-third of the population of Pakistan is living below the belt and are illiterate.
